These terms apply to advisory consultations offered by DataPlatformsx Career Advisory via dataplatformsx.digital.
Acceptance
By requesting a consultation, confirming a fee estimate by email, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a consultation request or engage our advisory services.
Services described
We provide career and relocation advisory consultations for international specialists entering the German labour market. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm scope, fees, and session dates in writing.
No employment agency placement guarantee
We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, visa approvals, housing, or recognition of foreign qualifications. We are not an employment agency charging employers for placements, and we do not file immigration petitions.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you provide, for meeting application deadlines, and for obtaining legal, tax, or immigration advice from qualified professionals when required. Advisory recommendations do not replace those professions.
Intellectual property
Website content, written session notes we produce, and templates we share remain our intellectual property. You may use materials delivered to you for your personal job search. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them as a commercial product.
Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable German law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from hiring decisions by third-party employers, delays in municipal appointments, or outcomes outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading content through forms. We may refuse or discontinue advisory work where a conflict of interest or inappropriate use arises.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered place of business shall have venue where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
