When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional consultation preference, location notes, timeframe, and message content. If you engage us, we may process CVs, educational records, and correspondence needed to deliver advisory sessions.

• Delivering booked advisory engagements — performance of a contract

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically retained up to 12 months. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the advisory relationship and thereafter as required for accounting or legal defence, then deleted or anonymised.
