Why this practice exists
Many specialists arrive with excellent training and still lose months to mismatched applications, unclear Gehaltsvorstellungen, or relocation tasks that block employment start dates. We founded this advisory to sit beside that journey — session by session — with honest boundaries about what career consulting can and cannot do.
We are based at Stresemannstr.11SchwalbachFreistaatThüringen66770, and we work primarily by video with clients already in Germany or preparing to move. When schedules allow, we meet in person in Schwalbach.
How we approach the work
Every engagement starts with your field, language level, visa or residence situation at a high level, and preferred regions. We map that against how German employers in your sector actually hire — permanent contracts, fixed-term research roles, hospital pathways, or Mittelstand engineering teams.
We revise documents, rehearse interviews, and build weekly search rhythms. We do not promise placement, file immigration petitions, or negotiate leases on your behalf. When legal questions arise, we point you toward qualified counsel.
